  • Do you compensate for damaged products?

    The carton box is a packaging that is designed to safely protect the product.

    Therefore, a damaged container or individual packaging is not liable to account for up to 3% of total sales for the products not being sold for 100 units, but 10 or its multiples.

    Ex) if a particular product is ordered for 120 quantities, 100 of them will be based on CTN units and the rest of 20 will be considered as individual units.

     

  • I would like to get a price list.

    We share our business opportunities without restrictions as far as you’re in love with our products.

    Buy what you may, you have to order it in blocks of 100 or its multiples.

    In case you buy 10 or its multiples, we impose extra 10% on your side.

  • Are you products all natural?

    We stick to non-toxic ingredients.

    Even some natural ingredients such as herbal or aloe extracts are proven to cause skin irritation or allergies to sensitive skin.

    So it's next to impossible select only the good ingredients because a skin care item needs some specific ingredients to do its original functions.

    All the same, we're trying our best to choose natural ingredients by replacing chemical antiseptics with natural preservatives.

  • How Skin Watchers differ from other brands?

    Our manufacturing costs are fairly high, compared to the selling prices to offer the best quality products.
    The reason for not increasing the selling prices is to bring a joy to our beloved fans.
    Moreover, our ingredients are organized in the highest quality according to the standards of Environmental Working Group (EWG).

  • Can I buy your products in Korea?


    Our products are featured only at just 5 stores of a social cooperative by the name of Doorae Sanghyup.
    Though we’re not planning to feature our products at brick-and-mortar stores in Korea, we finally agreed to the principlel that social cooperatives provide opportunities for fair competition.”
    Doorae Sanghyup is famous for its cautious selection of quality brands with better business ethics.

     

     

  • Why is my product expired?

    It is most likely NOT expired.
    We check all expiration dates before we pack our boxes and packages.
    Typically, Korean products are marked by EITHER the manufacture date OR the expiration date.
    Please check out our graphic to see how to read Korean expiration dates.

    However, in the rare case that you are in fact sent an expired product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product(s) clearly showing the expiration or manufactured date.

    After we confirm that the product is an expired product that we sent out, then we will either issue a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

  • What are your customer service hours?

    We are typically available during the hours of 10 AM - 4 PM Korean time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

    We try to respond to emails as soon as possible and often reply within 1-2 business days of receiving an email. However, an increased volume of emails may delay our response.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    We ship globally to most countries.
    Shipments typically take 1-3 weeks for international transit not including any potential customs delays.
    Any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order.
    These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
    Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges.
    We are not able to mark orders as "gifts." We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc., so please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?

    Why animal rights?

    Animals surely deserve to live their lives free from suffering and exploitation.

    All animals have the ability to suffer in the same way and to the same degree that humans do.
    They feel pain, pleasure, fear, frustration, loneliness, and motherly love. Whenever we consider doing something that would interfere with their needs, we are morally obligated to take them into account.

    We do not experiment on animals.
